Social Plug-in

 

WIP Finance SA uses so-called social plug-ins (hereinafter referred to as plug-ins) from social networks such as Facebook and LinkedIn. When you visit our websites, these plug-ins are deactivated by default, meaning that without your intervention they will not send any data to third parties. Before you can use these plug-ins, you need to activate them with one click. The plug-ins will remain active until they are deactivated again or until the cookies are deleted. After activation, a direct link to the server of the relevant social network will be established. The content of the plug-ins is then transmitted from the social network directly to the browser and incorporated into the website.  We have no influence on the amount of data retrieved by social networks with their plug-ins. For information on the purpose and scope of data collection by the social network in question and on the rights and settings available for the protection of privacy, please refer to the data protection information of the social network in question.  After the activation of a plug-in, the social network can obtain data regardless of any user interaction with the plug-in. If you have already authenticated on a social network, this can assign the website visit to your user account.  If the user is a member of a social network and does not want it to associate the data obtained from his visit to our website with the data relating to his subscription to the social network, he will have to log out of the social network in question before activating plug-ins.
